I've placed an order, when will it be delivered?
My current lead times are 5-7 working days for UK orders. For international orders please expect 7 - 12 days. This includes printing, packaging, posting and delivery.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes during studio hours! Please send me a message on Instagram to find out when I'm there.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is now available for most countries around the world - simply select yours at checkout. Please be aware that you may need to pay import VAT, customs duty and potentially excise duty on top of postage. Mila May Art is not viable for any extra duties that may occur upon arrival to your country.
Do you offer free postage?
Yes! Spend £50 to receive free UK postage. Any orders under £50, will incur a postage and packaging charge of £5.50.
What comes with my order? Do you offer gift wrap?
I don't offer a gift wrap service at the moment.
My giclée art prints arrive with beautiful branded thank you cards and embossed branded stickers. Original paintings arrive with a card of thanks, a small gift and a certification of authenticity.
How will my Mila May art arrive?
Fine Art Prints in sizes A3 and above will arrive rolled in a recyclable kraft postage tube. Fine Art Prints in small sizes (smaller than A4) will arrive in a recyclable board back envelope.
Original Paintings will arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged with sturdy cardboard and strong tape.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Returns Policy
Yes, fine art prints from my permanent collection can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
To request a return, please use my contact form linked here. Permanent collection prints must be returned in their original postal packaging and in perfect, original condition. Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer refunds for items that arrive damaged.
Please note: that return postage is not covered, and I do not offer free returns or pay for returns.
Important: All original artwork, paintings, and limited edition fine art prints are non-refundable and non-returnable.
